Comparing yourself to others

Sometimes we think we haven't done the best we can and we always think other people have done better than us. That is when we start to feel dissatisfied or generally disappointed in ourselves. Once we feel disappointed, we will be discouraged and also this will lead us to depression. Depression is the state of feeling when we stress out and won't be able to think optimistic anymore. Comparing ourselves to others is like you judging your own self. You start to lose faith in your abilities and your ideas. You feel like a complete idiot while others are geniuses. Should you compare yourself to  other people? The answer is obviously Of course not. Sometime we may feel like we have to do everything perfectly so that no one would laugh at us. For example: that smart kid in the class who always tries to study his brain out in order to get good classification every months so that other students don't laugh at him. But guess what? Nobody cares. The other students who he thinks would laugh at him are probably worrying about their own classification too. Nobody would mind your business because they are worrying about theirs. So comparing yourself with others is quite similar. Try to think optimistic about what you're doing. Be optimism and stop worrying about others'. Try to push yourself and support what you do. Even if no one supports you, be your own fan. Embrace yourself!
