Obesity

    An obesity is one of the common problems in many developed countries such as United States of America or in some parts of Europe. Obese people have higher food intake than normal people. They tend to eat high calorie food with lack of nutrition such as junk food or sweet treats. This essay will examine the problem of obesity and suggest some solutions.
    As the matter of fact, there are several issues with obesity and it is such a huge concern for people. The first problem is health problems. As mentioned above, obese or overweight people in general don't care much about what they're consuming or what goes into their body. They eat food which is unhealthy ;for example, junk food which is high in fat, protein, carbs, sugar and calories. These affect their health badly and causing many health threats. Obese people have higher risk of blood pressure, heart attack, stroke and diabetes. Second, Obesity leads to insecurity. Obesity makes people lose their confident and self-esteem. They judge themselves and others bully them as well. Once you lose your confidence, you won't be able to think optimistically anymore and you'll feel left out and isolated from the rest of the world. Finally all of these problem will of course make you die young. With all of theses health problems and loneliness, people are at the peak of suicidal acts or generally die from diseases. If normal people's lives expectancy are 70 years old, obese people will be at 40 or 50 years old.
    But no matter how serious  problems are, there are still many solutions to deal with obesity. Firstly, going on diet can actually helps with obesity. By eating organic vegetables and fruits, your weight can easily go down. Try eating food which is not so high in cholesterol or unnecessary fats. Eating food in right amount and just enough for your body to burn it. Healthy eating provides many health benefits for people especially the overweight ones. Healthy food gives you strong builds and enough nutrition that your body needs for energy and growth. It also helps you with digestive problem and gives you strong bones. Secondly, regularly exercise is a must . The right types of exercise will boost your metabolism and make you stronger, more energized and balancing your weight. Thirdly, getting a regular health check-up. Monthly check-up will be great. By checking up your health, you will be able to control and know what's going on inside your body and prevents it. Furthermore, doctors can give you many healthy for your health and your weight.
    In conclusion, Obesity is such an impact for many countries. Despite having these problems, we still can prevent and ease them. If we follow the right solutions and tips, our health will be healthier and we will be free from obesity.
